Since founding in 1991 by (Eng. Ali Traboulse), Traboulse Real Estate Developing is recognized as the leading builder in Syria, ranking first in major segment of the building construction field according to Syrian Construction Contractors Association.

We are proud to have been part of the development of many of the region’s most notable public and privately owned buildings over the past half-century.

During the time between 1991 and 2008, Traboulse Real Estate Developing completed 38 projects of construction. Eight of them were completely achieved in 2005 .

The company performs work on over 10 projects each year and employs a staff of more than 500 .

Traboulse Real Estate Developing has a strong skill and experience base in important market sectors. The Establishment constructs a wide variety of projects, including commercial, manufacturing and light industrial, pharmaceutical and biotech facilities, healthcare, educational and cultural buildings, sports stadiums and arenas, entertainment attractions and facilities, hotels, retail and aviation facilities.
